Step lighting on the front steps were replaced with new low-voltage lights. All siding was pre-primed and painted with 2 finish coats of quality paint as we're all porch beams, bands and ceilings. Roof was replaced in 2011 and pavers were installed around pool at the same time. This house looks brand new on the outsider.
